OneNote(book)

I have to say, Microsoft OneNote is awesome. It’s pretty much my new journal software. I have a tab for creative writing, one for memories, and one for journal entries. It automatically dates things, you can set it up to look like a notebook, you can use a stylus to write if you have one, you can put in pictures and what not…. it’s perfect! Well, perfect for my kind of writing needs at least. It runs really speedy even on my netbook - which is great. It’s literally like keeping a notebook on your computer. I am in love with it - which is not something I say about Microsoft products often.
I’m hoping this will lead to more blog posts. I’m still try to figure out if there’s a way to sync it to wordpress. If there is, that’s even better.
It does! And, it’s a built in feature. Swell!
I do not see One Note on my mac here at work in Office 08. Yup, definitely not there. So, you kids are missing out. Looks like it’s not in Office 10 for Mac either, but there is an app to sync it to your iPhone/iTouch (which is odd).
Anyways, it’s definitely worth a whirl if you do any sort of blogging or journal entries. It’s always nice to have an online and offline back up anyways.
